1. About Us

The Poster Place is an online store based in Egypt selling posters, frames, hanging tools, and customised poster products. You can reach us any time through our contact page, by email, or via our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour, texture, or finish will be exact, and slight variations between the image shown and the item received may occur.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, and to change prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Custom & Personalised Products

Customised posters and other personalised items are made specifically to your specifications. You are responsible for ensuring that any text, images, or design details you submit are accurate and that you have the right to use any content you provide.

Because customised products are made to order, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Please review your customisation details carefully before completing your purchase.

You agree not to submit any content for customisation that is unlawful, infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, or is offensive or objectionable. We reserve the right to decline any custom order that we consider inappropriate or that may infringe the rights of others.

5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation acknowledging that we have received it. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; a contract is formed only once we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information.

Payment must be received or authorised in full before an order is processed, unless a cash-on-delivery option is offered and selected at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders within the timeframe stated at checkout, with typical delivery within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders as advertised on the Site (for example, orders above the stated threshold). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct, as we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by you. 7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your posters. If you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Certain items, including customised and personalised products, are not eligible for return or exchange except where they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us through our contact page with your order details. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or the return is a result of our error. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including artwork, designs, poster images, logos, text, graphics, and the "The Poster Place" name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit any of our designs or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The posters offered for sale are intended for personal, decorative use only. Purchasing a poster does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design to you.

9. Third-Party Rights & Fan Art

Some designs may reference films, athletes, music, or other cultural works. Such products are offered as original artistic interpretations for personal decorative use. All referenced names, characters, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, and we make no claim of affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. If you believe any content on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us and we will review and address the matter promptly.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, transmits harmful or malicious code, or interferes with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site.
