Shipping & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

• Customized orders may require 1–3 extra days for production before shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Egypt for your convenience. You can also ask the courier for card payments upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to meet our delivery timeframes. However, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, or public holidays.
