Returns

  • You can return your order within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original condition — unused, unframed, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us thourgh our contact us form or social media platforms linked in the footer with your order number and a brief note about the issue. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Exchanges

Need a different size or frame type? You can exchange your item within 7 days of delivery, provided it’s still in new condition. Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
